While booking your appointment, you will be required to put down a credit card in order to hold your spot. Nothing will be charged to your card at time of booking. Any cancellation or rescheduling that is less than 24 hours notice will result in your card being charged for 100% of your scheduled services. Emergencies happen, if adjustments to your appointment time need to be made please contact me as soon as you can! If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, your appointment will be considered a no show and 100% of the scheduled services will be charged to your card on file. If you do not call to make other arrangements for your appointment and you do not show up, you will be blocked from booking future appointments. The cost of the service is not only for the cost of the product but also our time. Refunds are not permitted. However, every measure will be taken in order to ensure complete satisfaction. Should you purchase skincare or products to take home and they are broken upon your opening, please contact me within 5 days to receive a replacement.
